ONYX is the agency designed for TikTok.  We are founded by ex-TikTok employees and industry leaders.

There is a huge shift in the media landscape as a new generation of consumers engages with social media to research products and shape their buying decisions rather than searching in traditional channels.

Our mission is to guide brands on how they can maximise the exploding social commerce opportunity on TikTok and drive meaningful results for their business.

The Role

We’re expanding our client team! We’re looking for entry-level or 2nd job individuals who will thrive in an early-stage business and want to grow their knowledge across the social commerce and TikTok ecosystem.  You’ll learn all about the sector from TikTok Shop operations, to managing Lives and creator relationships. You may already have some experience delivering effective TikTok Shop, Ads or Organic content strategy and be looking to develop your career, or simply have a passion for TikTok culture, audience and engagement, and want to get into the detail of how it all works.  

What you will bring

We are looking for people with a growth mindset who are excited by social commerce and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

You should be naturally curious, organised and comfortable taking ownership of your work. We value people who enjoy problem solving, communicate well with others and bring energy and enthusiasm to the team.

Previous experience within e-commerce, TikTok Shop, client management or social media is beneficial, but an interest in the industry and willingness to learn are equally important.

Additional skills a bonus:

• Additional European language from German, Italian, French, Spanish 
• STEM subjects at A-Level or degree preferred
• Experience in eCommerce marketplace operations (ideally TikTok Shop), including product onboarding, inventory and fulfillment management, and promotional campaign execution

• Client management experience
